Francis (Frank) Bryan Brayman, 83, of Clermont, FL passed away on Aug 22, 2011 Frank was born on February 12, 1928 in Chicago, IL to Gail and Letha Brayman. He lived most of his life in Bangor, MI and retired to Clermont, FL in 2000. He was a Navy veteran of WW II. He was an active member of his community; help establish the Bangor Viking Club and served as President over 20 years raising support for student athletes. He was named Bangor Citizen of the Year in 1985 and inducted into the Bangor Athletic Hall of Fame. He was an avid golfer and was passionate about his family.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores of 57 years. He is survived by his children, Mary Brohard, Frances McNally, David Brayman, Diana Bell, Michael Brayman, Peggy Brayman, Rose Brayman, John Brayman and Thomas Brayman; and was blessed with 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held for Mr. Brayman and his wife Dolores at 1PM Friday, August 26, 2011 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778.
