Floyd Denton Harris

November 28, 1970 – September 12, 2023

Floyd Denton Harris, 52, of Groveland, FL, peacefully passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. Floyd proudly served his country and retired from the United States Marine Corps after 20 successful years of honorable service.

To cherish his precious memories, Floyd leaves behind his: Parents, Lenton and Marie Harris; Wife, Keri Harris; Children, Elijah, Isaiah and Kierah; Siblings, Desiree (Deceased), Michelle and Sean; Mother-in-law, Jacqueline O'Garro; Sister-in-laws, Monica Harris, Caryn Weeks, Shelley Conyers, and Kelly Lewis; Brother-in-laws, Claude Quartlbaum, Depree Weeks, Andre Conyers, and Donnell Lewis; Many close aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, a multitude of friends that were near and dear to his heart, and a brotherhood of Marines that he's had the pleasure of serving with throughout his career.

The family will receive friends Sunday, September 24, 2023 from 5pm until 9pm at Becker Funeral Home.Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 25, 2023, 10:30am at Real Life Church, 1501 Steve's Rd, Clermont, FL 34711.  Interment with Full Military Honors will follow in Florida National Cemetery at 2pm.
