Floretta Carol McLean, 84, Clermont, affectionately known as "Carol" passed away October 25, 2011. She was born December 25, 1926 in Clermont daughter of Clyde W. Gaines & Kathleen Marie White Gaines and was a lifelong resident. She was a secretary at Clermont High School and loved to play the piano in her younger years. Her husband Gerald James McLean preceded her in death as did her brother Jack Gaines. Surviving are her children Arthur C. McLean, Atlanta, GA; Cheryl McLean, Tangerine, FL & Mary M. Samples & husband Carl, Cape Canaveral, FL & granddaughter Rachel Samples.
