Florence L. Waters, 85, of Clermont, FL passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015 at South Lake Hospital. Florence was born on March 16, 1929 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Philip and Clara (nee Duffy) Lucas. She had lived in Clermont since 1979, previously living in Chicago, IL. She was a Catholic and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Clermont. She is survived by her loving husband, Richard L. Waters, children, Debra Fitzer, Philip Klimas and Anthony Klimas; 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Canada and brother, John Lucas.
