Obituary
Felipe Perez Burgos, age 89, Clermont, passed away January 4, 2017 at the Mike Conley Hospice House. He was born April 30, 1927 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. A retired chef, he was a local resident since 2009 from Long Island, NY. His wife Maria Perez preceded him in death as did his daughter Carmen Ortiz. Survivors include daughters Juanita (Frank) Dross & Maria (Juan) Rivera all of Clermont & Helen (Shiller) Jean-Philippe, Staten Island, NY; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter & sister Guillermina Perez, Brooklyn, NY.
