Fay Sanders Mott, 95, passed away on Saturday, August 20th, 2022 in Clermont, FL.  Born on January 19th, 1927 in Buchanan, GA, she was raised on the family farm by her parents Buey Sanders and his wife Dorothy Wood Sanders.  In 1949 she married Robert Slade Mott, who preceded her in death in 2012 after 63 years of marriage.

They enjoyed birding and traveling in their retirement years after raising three children.

Surviving are sons John Robert Mott and wife Jill; James Steven Mott and wife, Pam; daughter Diane Mott Pruitt and husband Jerry; grandchildren Dana Mott, Brian and Andrew Pruitt and great grandson Zachary Pruitt.

Cremation will be followed by a memorial to be held at a later date.
