Obituary
Evelyn Causey Smith, age 86, Clermont native and lifelong resident passed away July 22, 2016 at the Mike Conley Hospice House. She was born January 13, 1930 in Clermont, daughter of Pearl Walker & Leveston Causey. A graduate of Clermont High School, she was a member of First Baptist Church Clermont as well as Greatful Hearts Sunday School Class. She was a waitress at Lakes and Hills Restaurant in Minneola for 22 years. On March 13, 1970 she was united in marriage to Bryan F. Smith at First Baptist Church of Minneola. He preceded her in death on February 14, 1986. Surviving are her daughter Susan Millard & husband Michael; sister Dorothy Killen; brother Charles Causey & his wife Gay; sister-in-law Betty Causey, nieces & nephews.
