Obituary
Eugenio Torres Torres, age 99, Clermont, passed away August 23, 2015. He was born March 10, 1916 in Jayuya, Puerto Rico son of Geronimo Torres & Balbina Torres and was a member of Casa Blanca 7th Day Adventist Church. On April 4, 1952 he was united in marriage to Dolores Trinidad. His twelve siblings preceded him in death as did his son Ernesto (Hector) Torres. Surviving are his wife Dolores; children Eugenio (Eugene) Torres & Wilfredo (Freddy) Torres both of Clermont; William Torres, Harlingen, TX; Luis (Louis) Torres, Guam & Virgen Eugenia Torres & Rosa Alicia Torres both of Puerto Rico; 23 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren & 29 great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are:
Visitation will begin at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 in the Becker Chapel with the funeral service from 7-9 PM. Burial will be on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 9:00 AM at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Pastors Eugene & Louis Torres, sons of Mr. Torres will officiate the services.
