Eugene Thomas Kocielko, Sr., 65, Montverde, passed away July 4, 2012 at the Mike Conley Hospice House. He was born May 26, 1947 in Calumet City, IL son of Dominic Patrick Kocielko & Helen Anna Czerniak Kocielko. He was a mechanic for Otis Elevator and a local resident since 1988 from Calumet City, IL and a member of Resurrection Catholic Church in Winter Garden. His wife Mary Alice preceded him in death on June 15, 2012. Surviving are his children Bonnie Elliott, Gardner, MA and Eugene Kocielko, Jr., Montverde; grandchildren Misty, Skyler & Jack Elliott; brothers Donald (Mary) Kocielko, Calumet City & Jerry (Bonita) Kocielko, Montverde; Aunt Yvonne Cerniak, Calumet City; nieces Kimberlee (Brian) Best; Renee (Mike) Goodale & Stefanee (Zac) Puchlopek all of Montverde & Sheree (Duane) McKesson, Calumet City & numerous great- nieces & great-nephews.



The funeral service for Eugene Kocielko will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 9, 2012 in the Becker Chapel with Father Cromwell Cabrisos officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, FL. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until service time.
