Elaine Jimenez, 50, Groveland, passed away March 19, 2014 at the Mike Conley Hospice House. She was born April 20, 1963 in Brooklyn, NY daughter of Luz D. Roman & Juan Jimenez & was a local resident since 2007 from there. She was a Senior Clerk for the Florida Department of Health Lake County Vital Statistics office in Clermont. Her father preceded her in death in 2005. Surviving are her mother; sons Brian (Barbara) Santos, Leesburg & Joshua Rivera, Groveland; granddaughter Briana Santos & brothers Felix (Diana) Velez, Seaford, NY & John Jimenez, Brooklyn & companion Jose Rivera, Groveland. Visitation will be from2-7 PM on Saturday & Sunday at the funeral home.
