Edward H. Price 79 of Clermont, FL, passed away on February 19, 2026 after a year long battle with cancer.

He was born December 1, 1946 in Black Mountain, NC to Elizabeth Mc Falls and Edward H. Price. He moved to Orlando as a child. Moved back to NC as a young adult and later returned to Florida. In 1988 he went back to school and received his High School Diploma. Eddie and his wife Dawn have lived in Clermont, Fl for the past 34 years. He was a mechanic for Sunbelt Pump & Power, Orlando for 24 years. Eddie loved riding motorcycles, fishing, scuba diving for lobsters and camping.

He is survived by his wife, Dawn; his daughter Dee Dee Price; sons Dustin Stalnaker and James "JW" Stalnaker (Devin), grandchildren Wesley Stalnaker (Christina), Pierson Stalnaker and Ava Cranmer, great-grandchildren Sutton Stalnaker, Landen Adamson, Addison Adamson and Presley Adamson. Five sisters Janet Fowler, Linda Hicks (Dennis), Cynthia Porter, Marcia White (Chris), Patty Katich (Dave) and brother Verle "Bo" Hancock.

A celebration of life will be held March 15, 2026 at the Kehlor Building, 466 W Minneola Ave, Clermont, FL 34711
