Edith Johnson, 63, of Mascotte, FL, was born in Henderson, NC on August 18, 1958, and went to heaven, July 27, 2022.

She had a heart of gold and loved by many.  She adored horses and loved her dogs, Kismet, Wyatt, and Sissy.  She loved scalloping with her husband.  She enjoyed her "Bowling Buddies" and gambling with her "sisters" (Norma and dear friend Laura Thompson).

She is survived by her husband, Kirk Mugler; son, Michael Hatcher Jr.; daughter, Amanda Sampson; 2 sisters, Norma Johnson Scott, and Julia Johnson Black; and 6 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Julian Theadore Johnson; mother, Bertha Davis Johnson; 4 brothers, Julian Lee, Norris Thomas, Stephen Clinton, and Theodore Davis Johnson; daughter, Michelle Mugler.

A special note: Edith it was honestly a blessing to spend all these years with you, was hoping for many more but God had other plans.  We had more than a blast and would honestly do it all over again.  Thanks for being my partner in crime and until we meet again, Love You up to God and the Angels and back.
