Obituary
Doris Ilene Scharnitzke, age 92, Clermont, passed away August 26, 2016 at Brookdale Clermont where she had been a resident for the past 6 years. She was born February 6, 1924 in Fort Madison, Iowa daughter of Alice Salyers & Robert McPherson. She was a central Florida resident for 40+ years from El Paso Texas where she was a production manager for Ross Electronics. She was an active member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church and a former treasurer there. He husbands Lloyd Dodge, Sterling Gaffield & Don Scharnitzke preceded her in death as did her son Ronald Dodge. Surviving are her son Larry Dodge, Clermont 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren & brothers Jerry Hayes & Dick McPherson both of Burlington, Iowa.
