Doris Smith Golby, 86, Kissimmee and former Clermont resident passed away July 6, 2014 at Osceola Regional Medical Center. She was born December 17, 1927 in Pittsburgh, PA daughter of Mary Meyers & Raymon Andrew Smith and was a Florida resident since 1955, first living in Tampa, and then Clermont in 1968. She was a former member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church and was a legal secretary and bookkeeper. Preceding her in death were her husband Ronaurd Golby in 1986 and her three siblings. Surviving are her sons Kenneth Golby, Center Hill & Clifford Golby and wife Mary of Narcoossee; 4 grandchildren & seven great-grandchildren. The funeral service for Mrs. Golby will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, July 11, 2014 in the Becker Chapel. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
