Donna Rae Hutchingson passed away on March 14, 2022 at the age of 86. Donna was born in Clermont, Florida on May 6, 1935 to Robert Wesley Simms and Alice Rose Simms. She attended Clermont Elementary School and graduated Salutatorian from Clermont High School. Donna married Norris Leslie Hutchingson, in December of 1952. She served as a legal administrative assistant for several attorneys and judges in central Florida for over 30 years. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Clermont. She is survived by daughter Valorie Sierens and husband Stephen of Clermont, son Dr. Robert Hutchingson and wife Patricia of Ponte Vedra Beach and daughter Terry VanDever and husband David of Clermont. Donna leaves eight grandchildren: Carlie Sullivan and husband, Brandon, Clinton Dykehouse and wife Hannah, Robert Goldhouse, and wife Kate, Christopher Hutchingson, Michal Sierens, Lauren Ward, Micah Cagnassola and husband Mark, and Lee VanDever, eight great-grandchildren: Benjamin Sullivan, Micah Sullivan, Juliana Dykehouse, Lola Dykehouse, Leann Fowler, Lily Hutchingson, Hank Cagnassola and Kadence VanDever and two nieces, Sharon Dame and Linda Asbury. Donna lived a life of love and devotion to her family, friends, church, and co-workers.

A graveside service in celebration of her life is scheduled on March 18, 2022, 1PM at Oak Hill Cemetery in Clermont, Florida. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the First United Methodist Church of Clermont Florida.
