Donna Kay Haas passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Orlando Health Regional Hospital in Orlando Florida.
Donna was born on June 22, 1954, in Berea, Kentucky to Kenneth Garland Laws and Mary Evelyn Lainhart Laws both from Kentucky. She was their first born and spent her childhood with her 5 siblings in Indiana before moving to Florida in 1975. She married after high school and became the Mother of three boys Howard Merle Webb lll ( Rusty),  Michael Lee Webb, and Carl Andrew Haas JR (Junior).  She loved her family, Horses and dancing. Donna Is loved and missed dearly by her family, and friends.

Proceeding her in death, father, Kenneth Garland Laws, Brother: Rondall Lee Laws SR, Grandson, Colt Elliot Robinson,  Nephews: David Rondall Laws. David Albert Laws-Kinsey.
