Don Arron Biggs Jr., 72, of Tavares, FL peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Monday May 28, 2018. He was born on January 27, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI. He was preceded in death by his my mother and step father Lenore and Carlos Zambrana and sister Holly Pietrykowski. He is survived by his wife Kathy, daughters, Michele Biggs and Paulette Edwards, granddaughters, Bryana and Victoria Edwards, brother Larry (Debbie) Biggs, sister Robin (Roy) Beattie, brother-in law Andy Pietrykowski and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Don enlisted in the United States Marine Corp in 1965 and served until 1967 being honorably discharged after serving in Vietnam for which he was awarded two Purple Hearts. Don accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in July of 1977. His greatest desire was to share God's word and lead people to Christ. Don taught 5

grade Sunday School at Falls Baptist Church in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin for 18 years. He worked in the corporate world for over 33 years at the Wisconsin Gas Company and Wisconsin Electric Company. He also owned and rented residential properties in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 2001 to 2008. In 2008 he decided to retire and move to Tavares, Florida.
Don and his wife, Kathy and daughter Michele joined Open Door Baptist Church in Clermont, Florida in 2008. He was voted in as a deacon in 2013. Don attended the Open Door Bible Institute from 2011 to 2013 when God laid it upon his heart to be involved in soul winning with Amazing Grace Missions in Dayton, Tennessee. He traveled to state and county fairs sharing the gospel.
