Dennis George Margaris, born on October 28, 1940 passed away peacefully in Clermont Florida on June 17, 2021.

Dennis graduated from Stuyvesant High in New York where he played football, remaining friends with many of his teammates until his passing.  He graduated college from Wagner College and went on to run various businesses around the country making lifelong friends and golf partners.

Dennis was preceded in death by his wife Angeline and brothers Lee and Dean.  He is survived by his children Marisol (Samuel) Metro and Marina (Charles) Vitale, grandsons Nicholas and Christopher Metro, granddaughters Lily Rose and Carina Vitale and his sister Lynn Margaris.

A Mass of Celebration will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday the 6 ^th of July at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Clermont.

A reception will be held immediately following the mass at:

The family suggests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Dennis' name to Cornerstone Hospice Foundation 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778.
