Debra Darlene Kemp, 70, of Groveland, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023.  She was born September 29, 1952, in Eustis, FL, to Harold Howard and Twila Scott.  She has always been a Floridian, living mostly in Groveland and some in Deland.

Debbie was the beloved wife of 55 years of Rodney Kemp, who she married on November 16, 1967.

She lived her whole life for her grandbabies and one of her favorites things to do was go to her grandbabies baseball games.

Debbie, known affectionately as Nana, is survived by her husband Rodney; two children, James Kemp, Sr., and April Morales; eight grandchildren, James Kemp, Jr., Brittani Tomlinson, Ryan Kemp, Jimmy Morales, Magdelena Morales, Abbie Hattaway, Austin Kemp, and Alaina Kemp; nine great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Sophia, Emma, Jimmy, Avery, Hudson, Reina, Charlotte, and Barrett; and her sisters, Sandy Smith, Holly Howe, Christie Yates, and Tammy Howard.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the Church of God of Prophecy, Mascotte, FL.  Brother Tommy Whitten officiating.
