David E. Wilkinson, 55, of Clermont, FL passed away at home surrounded by his loving family Saturday, May 16, 2020 due to complication of Early Onset Alzheimer's.  David was born on October 2, 1964 at Whiteman Air Force Base, MO, son of Donald and Patricia Wilkinson.  David was a longtime resident of Central Florida and worked as a teamster for Buena Vista Construction.

When Dave wasn't at work you could find him spending time with his family, grilling out, tossing the cornhole bags or enjoying Tampa Bay Buccaneers football. Dave was known for his contagious loving smile and always cracking jokes. He loved the ocean, collecting coins and in his younger years hunting and playing baseball. He is leaving behind a legacy full of love and laughter with many cherished memories for his friends and family.

David is survived by his loving wife, Beth; daughters, Brandie Branum, Stephanie Wilkinson and Samantha Wilkinson; mother, Patricia Wilkinson; siblings, Jeff Wilkinson and Vicki Carpenter and 2 grandchildren, Kase and Autumn.

A celebration of life is tentatively scheduled for Saturday May 30 ^th at the Wilkinson's residence. More details to come.
