He is survived by his siblings, Francis C. White of W. Greenwich, RI, Terrance J. White of NC, Carol Ann Wessar of Sacramento, CA and Sharon White of Clermont, FL.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials in David's name to Special Olympics.
