Obituary

David Edward Hodge, 62, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL passed away Monday, April 30, 2018.  David was born in Aurora, IL, son of James and Sarah Hodge.  He was a lifelong resident of Central Florida and worked as a graphic designer and fabricator in the sign industry.  David had many interests including cars, fishing and the outdoors.
David is survived by his daughter, Shannon (Brian) Erwin  of China Grove, NC; sons, Jeff Baker of China Grove, NC and Adam Hodge of NC; mother, Sarah (Joe) Baxter  of Clermont, FL; sisters, Barbara Day of Lake Panasoffkee, FL and Rhonda Kanan of New Smyrna Beach, FL and grandchildren, Virginia Erwin, Jacob Erwin, Jordan Baker, Savannah Baker, Emma Baker and Ella Baker.
A Celebration of David's life will be held at 11AM Friday, May 4, 2018 at Becker Funeral Home.  The family is accepting flowers or suggests in lieu of flowers memorials in David's name to:  Greater Clermont Cancer Foundation, www.gccf.us/donate/
