Daniel Dennis Sweeney Jr. (age 44) Clermont, Florida Manager of Art Gallery Born: June 17, 1969 Died: February 17, 2014 Daniel Dennis Sweeney Jr., age 44, passed away Monday morning, February 17, 2014 at Florida Hospital Celebration Health in Celebration, Florida of a sudden illness. Daniel was born on June 17, 1969 in Oak Park, Illinois to Daniel and Margaret Sweeney. He attended J. Sterling Morton East High School where he graduated in 1988 and also attended Morton Junior College in Cicero, Illinois. He later transferred to Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois and came to Florida through a Disney Internship. Daniel worked as a manager for Hoypoloi Gallery in Florida located at the Walt Disney World Resort in Downtown Disney. He was an extensive traveler. Daniel was survived by his mother, Margaret (Molinaro) Sweeney, sister Maureen, brother-in-law Jeffrey Miska, nephews Zachary and Jonathan of Plainfield, Illinois, maternal grandmother Eileen Molinaro of Berwyn, Illinois. He is preceded in death by his father Daniel D. Sweeney Sr., paternal grandparents Daniel and Veronica Sweeney and maternal grandfather Ben Molinaro.



A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Becker Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
