Christine "Chrissy" Land, age 52, of Minneola, FL, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 12, 1972, to Charles and Mildred Land, Chrissy was a devoted advocate and courageous warrior in the fight against Huntington's Disease throughout her life.

She is survived by her mother, Mildred Land; sister, Renee Land-Galipo; niece, Caitlin Galipo; nephew, Robert Galipo and his wife, Gabriella Galipo; and great-nephews, Luca and Enzo.

In keeping with Chrissy's wishes, she has been cremated. A celebration of her life will be held on her birthday, Saturday, July 12, in Clermont, FL.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tewksbury Hospital Recreation Fund, Tewksbury Hospital, 365 East Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876. This hospital includes a ward dedicated to the care of patients with Huntington's Disease, a cause that was especially close to Chrissy's heart.

Chrissy will be remembered for her compassion, strength, and unwavering commitment to finding a cure for Huntington's Disease. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
