Charles Alfred Justice, 66, Clermont, FL passed away suddenly of a heart attack on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. Born November 3, 1949 in Trenton, GA, he was the husband of Patricia (nee Adams), father of the late Jeffery Charles of Orlando FL. Stepfather to Michael Schueler of Orlando FL, Timothy (Katie) Schueler of Lackawanna NY and Bryan (Michelle) Schueler of Niagara Falls NY. Grandfather to Samuel and Eric Justice, Step Grandfather to Jonathyn, James, Thomas and Gabriella Schueler. Brother of Christine (Skip) Lewis of Ocala, FL, 2 James W. of Lake Wales, FL ,David L (Lucy) of Alabama, and the late Jimmy L. of Okeechobee, FL. Brother in law to David (Sue), Joseph, Robert (Apryl) Adams and Laura (John) Adams-Hirtreiter. Charles he was son of the late James Clyde and Celia Justice of Henegar Alabama. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Charles was a veteran of the Florida Army National Guard in which he took great pride. He served as Commander of C Company, 2nd BN 124th Infantry, Lake Wales, FL - Executive Officer of 2nd BN 124th Infantry, Orlando, FL - Company Commander of 53rd Infantry BDE Tampa, FL - Provost of the Installation Support Unit, Starke, FL – Commander of 1st BN 124th Infantry, Miami FL. He was also a member of the United States Army Reserve. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers - Iron Ship Builders - Blacksmiths & Helpers Local 433 in Tampa, Florida. He was also employed by Central Maintenance and Welding Inc. in Lithia, FL His passions were his family, the military and his beloved American Bull Dogs.
