Charles R. Hause passed away on December 12, 2022 in Orlando after a brief illness. He was 81. Mr. Hause was the husband of Alice (Waterman) Hause. They were married for 58 years. Born in Ellenville, NY on August 22, 1941 to Charles and Elizabeth (Linden) Hause, his family settled in Pottsville, PA.

He was a graduate of Nativity BVM High School, Class of 1960. After graduation he joined the U.S. Coast Guard and was stationed in New England where he met his wife. He was a Master Mason for 43 years at King David Lodge AF&AM in Taunton, MA. In 2003 he retired to Brylane/Chadwick's of Boston and settled in Minneola, FL. He enjoyed woodworking, word searches and keeping in touch with friends and family.

He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Richard Hause. In addition to his wife, Chuck is survived by three daughters, Debra Poirier, Christine Hause and Gail Atwood, and four grandchildren, Kevin Poirier, Kate Poirier, Jason Atwood and Andrew Atwood. He also leaves three sisters-in-law, Carolyn Waterman, Marilyn Moskos (George), Joan Brennan (Kevin) and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many neighbors and friends. He will be missed. Cremation will be private.
