Carol Ann Slotwinski, age 65, Clermont, passed away October 21, 2017 at South Lake Hospital. She was born August 13, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA daughter of Dorothy Pezzella & Frank Mirarchi. On June 3, 1972 she was united in marriage to Michael R. Slotwinski in Cherry Hill, NJ . She was of Roman Catholic faith and a local resident since 2003 from Boca Raton. Her father preceded her in death.

Surviving are her mother Dorothy Mirarchi of Groveland; husband Michael; sister Patricia Cupo & husband Richard, Clermont; sister-in-law Helena & husband Gary Fye, Ocala; brother-in-law Steven and wife Maryann Slotwinski of Voorhees, NJ; nieces & nephews Michele, husband Craig Retter & Diana Fye all of Ocala; Lauren & husband Phillip Rosenthal, Mt. Dora & Stephen Slotwinski & Justin Slotwinski of Voorhees, NJ & great-niece Karleigh Retter & great-nephew Alex Retter.
