In Loving Memory of Carol June Pearson

December 27, 1936 – September 20, 2025

Carol June Pearson, 88, of Clermont, Florida previously of The Villages, Florida passed away peacefully at home on September 20, 2025. She suffered from Dementia and continued to amaze us with her constant rebounding. Carol was born December 27, 1936 in Union City, NJ to John and Helen (Maiwald) Warncke. She was a High School graduate and the Captain of the Majorettes. Growing up she worked in the family Ice Cream Parlor business. After meeting and marrying Bruce in 1958, she became Co-owner of ABC Moving & Storage Company in NJ. She and her husband Bruce relocated to The Villages, Florida from Paramus, NJ.

Carol enjoyed bowling in her younger years and she was Co Captain of the bowling league with Bruce. Carol was an experienced shopper, and would always be the one to go to for any guidance on what to wear or buy. Carol was a member of the Hummel Club and over the years has accumulated quite the collection. But her main focus was always Bruce, and their marriage was beautiful, only to be cut short by his passing in 2014.

Together they were able to travel the country in their RV and enjoy their retired life together. Ice Cream was a main staple in her family, and something that they enjoyed experiencing across the USA! Carol's focus was always on family, and we all benefited from her example and care. Carol was a devoted wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Cousin and friend. Her greatest role was Homemaker, and what a home she made. Always wanting the best and raising her children with love and support, she excelled at making a beautiful home. Not very social, but always patient and kind offering advice to her family and being present at every event, small or large.

Carol was the wife of Bruce Pearson who pre-deceased her, and together had two children-Debbie Love and her husband Keith Schoeppler; and Glen Pearson with ex-wife Celina Pearson; Grandchildren Ashley (Love) Fody married to Scott Fody; Brianna Jack, Madison Pearson and Kevin Schoeppler. Her Great Grandchildren: Grayson, Donovan & Finnley Fody, with all family residing in Florida. Carol was the devoted Sister to John Robert Warncke of Red Bank, NJ who predeceased her.

The family will receive friends at Becker Funeral Home in Clermont, FL for viewing on Friday, October 3, 2025 9:30 to 10:30, followed with service by Pastor Norman Lee Schaffer officiating. Entombment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Leesburg, FL as Carol is reunited with Bruce.
