Carol Joan Carter November 18, 1942 - November 24, 2014 Carol Joan (Loth) Carter, 72, born in Woodbury, NJ and raised in Millville, NJ, passed away after a lengthy illness on Monday, November 24, 2014 at her residence in Clermont, FL with her husband by her side. Carol is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Bill Carter; son, Todd (Donna) Carter, Clermont, FL; daughter Beth (Andy) Lyford, Denver, CO & her beloved granddaughter Grace. Her mother, Anna Loth Seglin; her mother-in-law Reba Curio; her brother Bob (Jackie) Loth and her wonderful nieces and nephews: Cori (George) Coulter, Bobby Loth, Jennifer (Craig) McQuade and Tracy (Joe) Boyd. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert H. Loth. Carol graduated from Millville Senior High School and Glassboro State College. She was a dedicated and loving elementary school teacher for many years in Rosenhayn, NJ. She will be remembered as a woman of quiet strength and deep faith. She had a ready smile and a servant' heart. She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.



A memorial service will be held in Clermont, FL on Wednesday, December 3 at 7pm at the Willows Clubhouse. An additional service will be held at Christy' Funeral Home in Millville, NJ in the Spring of 2015. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Carol' memory to Cornerstone Hospice of Lake Sumter County or 1st UMC of Clermont.
