Obituary
Carl Leroy Winters, age 86, Clermont, passed away February 5, 2016. He was born May 20, 1929 in Oklahoma City, OK son of Mable Augusta Ward & William H. Winters. He served in the US Army and worked as a utilities superintendent. A local resident since 2014 from Bauxite, Arkansas, he was a member of South Lake Presbyterian Church. His son William Labadie preceded him in death in 2004, a casualty of the Iraqi War. Surviving are his wife Cheryl; children & their spouses; Debra & Richard Widup, Evansville, IN; Carla & David Wood & David & Sendy Winters all of Clermont; 10 grandchildren & 24 great-grandchildren.
The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at South Lake Presbyterian Church concluding with US Army Military honors. Inurnment will be private in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
