Borgie Paul Johnson, age 78, Clermont,FL, passed away February 3, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving Family & Compassionate Care Hospice.
He was born September 13, 1937 in Columbia, TN, Son of the late Willie Paul Johnson, Willie Mai Rummage & Stepmother Lucille Bolton Johnson. He served in the US Air Force & on April 15, 1961 was united in marriage to Florence Ann Bowman of St. Petersburg, FL.
He was a Central Florida resident since 1976 coming from Pinellas Park, FL and retired from Florida Power as a General Line Foreman in 1994. Borgie enjoyed NASCAR and his Family and Friends.
Survived by his Wife Florence, Daughter Borga(Bruce) Alderman, Sumterville,FL, Son Paul (Dawn) Johnson, Astatula, FL, Grandchildren Amanda (Chris) Yarbrough, Cody & Taylor Johnson, Great Grandchildren Rylee Ann & Jace Yarbrough & Reese Johnson, Sisters Barbara(Ralph) Jenkins, Nolensville, TN, Marie (Troy) Bowers, Columbia, TN and preceded in death by his Sister Margaret (Raymond) Lynn (Columbia, TN).
The Celebration of Life will be held from 10 AM to 2 PM on February 13th 2016 at Ferndale Baptist Church 15050 CR 561A Clermont FL. 34715 with a Masonic Service at 12 Noon.
