BOBBY ANDREW ROBERTS
April 15, 1948 – February 17, 2025

Bobby Roberts blessed the world with his presence on April 15, 1948, and accepted his heavenly wings on February 17, 2025. Bobby was reunited with his son, Bobby Andrew Roberts, Jr., his parents, John Porter and Doris Epperson Roberts, sister Rebecca Roberts, and his brother Randy Roberts.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife and caregiver, Wanda Kolmetz Roberts, daughter Haley Jean Robertson (Cody), "bonus" sons John Durocher (Kanoe), Scot Durocher (Tammie), Anthony Durocher (Heidi);  his grandchildren Brantley Robertson, Paislee Robertson, and his "bonus" grandchildren Michael Durocher, Ashley LeJeune, Tiffany Bates-Green (Bernard), Kasey LeJeune (Hope), Jessica Maxwell (David), Hunter Durocher, Zachary Noel (Samantha), and Kaleigh Noel, 13 great grandchildren, brothers John Roberts (Marie), Michael Roberts (Christy),  Russ Salerno (Mazie), Mariann Lambeth (Jim),  numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

Born in Nashville, TN, Bobby spent most of his life in Central Florida. He ultimately graduated from Miami Edison High School in 1968 after attending Evans High School in Pine Hills, Fl where he is still considered an Evans alumni! Bobby joined the Marine Corps and proudly served his country in Viet Nam. He spent his career working driving with Saia Motor Freight and, after retirement, doing odd jobs to keep busy when he wasn't golfing or enjoying sports of any kind.

A true God-fearing servant for the Lord and proud Marine, he loved his family and friends deeply. He will be long remembered for his heart of gold, his compassion for others, his unexpected antics, and his beautiful white hair!!

Services for Bobby will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, 03/21/25 at Embrace Church of Montverde and then his Celebration of Life Golf Tournament and Marine Corps League Honors will be at 10:00 am on 03/22/25 at the Green Valley Golf & Country Club in Clermont, FL.
