Blanca Iris Medina Cardona (Perez Rodriguez)

On September 13, 2021, Blanca Iris passed away at South Lake Hospital where she lost her battle to the coronavirus.  She was the beloved wife and widow of Hiram Perez, a wonderful mother to Diana, Abigail and Moises (Ivis); a sweet grandma to Felix (Leah), Kevin, Bryan, Danny, Pedro, Adrian, Jeremiah, Christian; the best great-grandmother ("ita") to Keila and Damien-Gabriel-Hiram and Friends to many.

She loved to be around her Family, Friends and Grandkids always inviting them to eat, have coffee or showing off her garden.  She was very proud of her military grandkids.

Blanca Iris will forever live in our hearts and we will cherish the moments we shared with her. She is preceded by her husband Hiram Perez.

Per her request, she will be cremated and due to social distancing there will be a private celebration of life with the immediate family on September 18, 2021.

El día 13 de septiembre Blanca Iris Medina, viuda de Hiram Perez, paso a la vida eterna junto a nuestro Salvador y Sanador Jesucristo.  Estuvo hospitalizada en el hospital South Lake, donde perdió la batalla contra el coronavirus.  Amada esposa de Hiram (ya fallecido), abnegada madre de Moises (Ivis), Abigail y Diana; dulce abuela de Felix (Leah), Kevin, Bryan, Danny, Pedro, Adrian, Jeremiah, Christian;  y la "ita" de sus biznietos Keila y Damien-Gabriel-Hiram.  Se sentía muy orgullosa de sus nietos militares.

Fue muy querido por su familia y la de su esposo, hermano(a)s, sobrino(a)s, tío(a)s y muchas amistades que hizo a lo largo de su vida y a quienes impacto con su amor sincero.  Ahora descansa en paz junto a su esposo y su amor y cariño vive para siempre en los corazones de aquellos que ella impacto.  Su lugar favorito era la cocina para sentarse a comer o tomar una taza de cafe y tener las mejores conversaciones con todo aquel que la visita.  Su pasatiempo era su jardín, donde pasaba mucho tiempo cuidando de su plantas.

A petición de Blanca Iris, sera cremada por la funeraria Becker Funeral Home. Para mantener la sana distancia, la familia inmediata tendrá un celebración de vida privada el 18 de septiembre.
