In Loving Memory of Billy Ray Love Jr.

Billy Ray Love Jr., born March 6, 1957, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2026, leaving

behind a life defined by hard work, generosity, laughter, adventure, and an unwavering love for

his family.

Billy was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 45 years, Connie, who passed away on

February 23, 2026. Together, they shared a life built on family, commitment, and the everyday

moments that make a marriage meaningful. Like any couple who shared nearly a lifetime together,

they had their ups and downs but love always prevailed. Through it all, they remained by each

other’s side until the end. They shared a deep pride in being parents and in the family they

created together.

Billy entered this world alongside his twin brother, Bobby, beginning a lifelong bond

that remained important to him throughout his life. Still, Billy would be sure to tell you that,

although they were twins, he was the older brother having arrived first. He was also his

mother Jeanette’s baby, no matter how many years passed.

For 44 years, Billy worked in maintenance at Disney, where he was known for his skill,

commitment, and dependable work ethic. He was also a proud member of the Carpenters

Union Local 1820 for 18 years, building lasting friendships and a genuine brotherhood with

those he worked beside. But Billy was more than the work he did. He was

generous, funny, and never met a stranger. He would talk to anyone, was always ready to lend a

hand, and was loved by the many people fortunate enough to meet him. He lived an

adventurous life and had plenty of stories to prove it.

Among his favorite memories were the unplanned trips to Georgia with his Grandpa Jesse journeys that

brought him joy and stories he loved to revisit. Above all, Billy was a devoted and loving father

to his daughters, Anna-Marie, Andi, and Sabine. Being their father was one of the proudest

accomplishments of his life. That pride grew even greater when he became a grandfather to

Bianca, Elynn and Fintan. His grandchildren were the shining light in his eyes; he spoke of them

often and treasured every opportunity to be part of their lives.

Billy will be deeply missed by his mother, Jeanette; his twin brother, Bobby; his daughters,

Anna-Marie, Andi, and Bine; his grandchildren, Bianca, Elynn, and Fintan; and by the many

family members, friends, coworkers, and fellow union members whose lives he touched.

Rest peacefully, Billy Ray. Your work here is done, but your stories, laughter, kindness, and

love will live on forever in those who were blessed to know you.
