William "Bill" Lee was born on December 7, 1949 and passed away in Clermont, Florida on August 15, 2021.  He graduated from Houston County High School in Columbia, Alabama where he was Captain of the football team.  He graduated from Southeastern Bible College in Lakeland, Florida in 1973.  He was a former produce buyer for the Grand Union Company and SuperValu, former Chaplain of the Clermont Police Department and was also an avid golfer.  He loved the Lord, was a good friend, lived life to the fullest, and had a great sense of humor!  Husband of Darleen Lee, loving father of Kelley Lee and grandfather of Andrew and Emmett.  He was also survived by his mother Nettie Lee, brother Larue Lee, and sisters, Pam Warren, Hazel Barnes, and Regina Lee.  He was predeceased by his father, Randall Lee.

Gathering of family and friends will be at Becker Funeral Home in Clermont, Florida on Friday, August 27 at 10:30 AM followed by a memorial service at 11:30 AM and interment at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida at 1:30 PM.
