Betty Marilyn Meadows, age 87, of Clermont, Florida passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 in Winter Garden, Florida. She was born in Lenox, Georgia on December 5, 1931 to Frank and Estelle Cooper. Betty married James "Bud" Meadows on March 7, 1948 in Ocala, Florida. She was a housewife. Betty was also a member of Beta Theta chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority.

She is survived by daughers; Debbie Stillman and Sheri Meadows, both of Clermont, Florida, grandchildren; Scott Hamman of Palm Bay, Florida, Rashelle Pettway of Lake Alfred, Florida, and Rebecca Irvin of Clermont, Florida, great grandchildren; Wyatt Irvan of Clermont, Florida and McKenzie Petway of Lake Alfred, Florida. Betty was preceded by death by her husband, Bud and her son, David W. Meadows.

A celebration of Betty's life will be held at Becker Funeral Home in Clermont, Florida on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
