Obituary
Betty M. Chertos, 69, of Clermont, FL passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Betty was born on October 5, 1946 in Holcut, MS, daughter of Claude and Maurine (nee Young) Talbert. She formerly worked and retired from Publix.
Betty is survived by daughters, Janice (Joe) Washburn of Mt. Dora, FL and Pam Iannotti of Clermont; siblings, Mae Isaacs of Spokane, WA, Bill Talbert of Bethlehem, GA, Donald Dempsey of Leesburg, FL, Cindy Gaskins, Wanda Ferrell and Virgil Dempsey, Jr. all of Clermont; 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Betty's life will be held at 2PM Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Becker Funeral Home.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers contributions to: Benefit for Officer Kruse Clermont Police Department, donations can be made at any Fifth Third Bank.
