Bessie Leona Helms Morrison, 103, Wauchula, FL and former Minneola resident passed away April 18, 2011 at her residence. She was born June 13, 1907 in Enterprise, AL daughter of Harvey W. Helms & Martha Lou Ida Cain. She was a homemaker and a Florida resident since the 1920's. Her husband Robert Morrison & children Max Morrison, Hazel Alexander & Gaynell Divine & six siblings preceded her in death. Surviving is her son Donald R. Morrison & his wife Pat of Largo, FL 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren & 20+ great-great-grandchildren.



The funeral service for Bessie Morrison will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 21, 2011 in the Becker Chapel. Rick Ramey & Dale Stafford, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness will preside. Burial will follow in Minneola Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
