Mr. Bart Frazier, 58, of Tullahoma, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday at Alive Hospice in
Murfreesboro after an extended illness.

A native of Clermont, Florida, he was in law enforcement for 32 years, last employed with the Moore
County Sheriff's Department in Lynchburg, Tn.

Funeral Services were held Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Hazel Green Funeral Home, Hazel Green, AL.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 28 beginning at Noon at Greenwood Cemetery
in Groveland, Florida.

Survivors are his father, Ben Frazier of Tullahoma, his children; Brooke (Lee) Black of Cullman, Alabama,
Shayne (Dustin) Currah of Tullahoma, Tn and Blake (Natalie) Frazier of Estill Springs, Tn. His
Grandchildren, Connor, Peyton and Mason.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lavon Frazier and his brother Eddie Frazier.

Bart was a God fearing man that dearly loved his family. He had a great sense of humor, loved westerns
especially John Wayne.
