Audrene Josephine Jonsson 90 originally from Algonquin IL passed away surrounded by family on November 5, 2016. She was born May 25, 1926 in Chicago, IL to the late Ebba (Nelson) Johnson and Raymond Fromm.
She is to resume her place next to her loving husband Ingvar Jonsson at Windridge Memorial Park in Cary, IL.
She is survived by sons Craig Shoemaker, Kent (Karen) Jonsson and daughter Riki (John) Scales. Grandchildren Nikki (Mike) Kiefer, Linzy Svehla, and Anthony Gioino. Great-grandchildren Brittany and Logan Kiefer, and great-great grandchild Mason Spala.
Audrene's two passions were playing bingo with her Illinois girlfriends and FERVENTLY following the Cubs-to which she was so happy for them to finally win the World Series!
Audrene was a generous and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandma, "Mormor", and friend who will be forever missed.
