Obituary
Antonio "Tony" Julia Miranda, 85, passed away in his sleep at the Mike Conley Hospice House on Friday, June 29, 2018 in Clermont, Florida. He was born April 16, 1933 in Cayey, Puerto Rico. In 1964 he married Manuela DeJesus in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Antonio enjoyed farming, traveling and spending time with this family. In April 1957 he enlisted in the Army of the United States as a Private. Antonio was employed by Raytheon as a maintenance employee for 28 years. He enjoyed work and only retired to travel often and spend more time with his family.
Survivors include his daughter, Betzaida Martinez of Clermont and son Antonio Julia DeJesus; 4 grandchildren Karalynda, Samantha, Chantel and AJ; as well as nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife , parents, his grandparents, sisters and brothers.
A time of gathering will be held on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:30 PM at the Becker Funeral Home in Clermont, Florida. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Clermont, Florida.
