Amanda Riggio, resident of Clermont, Florida formerly of Lindenhurst, NY passed away on April 3rd, 2019 at South Lake Hospital at the age of 30 years. She was born on July 4th, 1988 in West Islip, NY. Amanda was raised in Lindenhurst, NY until the age of 14. She moved with her family to Clermont, FL where she started at East Ridge High School. Amanda studied Musical Theatre at East Ridge High, was nominated as a Cappies Award Recipient two year in a row, performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., and graduated in 2006. She worked at Publix at Citrus Tower in Guest Services for 4 years. She loved singing, drawing, making Macramé Wall Hangings, Hedgehog Breeding, playing Pokemon, as well as other internet games, cooking and baking. Amanda was a very talented, energetic, caring, loving, and giving soul. She will be sadly missed by her Mother, Glory Bonfanti Riggio, Father, Ronald A. Riggio, Sister, Jennifer Riggio, Sister, Susan M. Donohue, Brother-in- Law, Sean M. Donohue, Nephew, Joseph A. Donohue, Niece, Michaela Donohue, Nephew, Hunter Donohue, Brother, Richard Riggio, Sister-in-Law, Lisa Riggio, Niece, Alexandria Riggio, and Niece, Gina Riggio, as well as many other family and friends.

The Viewing/Prayers/Visitation Service will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 2 – 4 pm at Becker Funeral Home at 806 W. Minneola Avenue, Clermont, Florida 34711.

A Mass for her will be held at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church on Monday, April 8, 2019. Cremation to follow.
