Obituary
Alvin C Haglund (Al) , age 88, of Minneola, FL went home to the angels on May 18, 2016.
Born in Cheboygan Michigan to Lydia and August on September 29, 1927, Al served in the US Military and was a retired master electrician, and was an avid hunter, as well he had a love for his Detroit Tigers and Lions.
He is survived by his wife Patricia, daughters Michele Pichler (Gary), Janice Thiel (Steve), Debbie Furbush (Steve), sons, Patrick Miles (Shelley) and Jeff Miles (Doug), and sister Edith, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Jerry and James, and 11 brothers and sisters.
The family will receive friends and family at Becker Funeral Home Clermont on Monday May 23rd from 6-8, services will be Tuesday at 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Cornerstone Hospice.
