Aida M. Larracuente, born on December 24, 1933, passed away at home surrounded by her family in Clermont FL

on December 28, 2020.

Aida was born in Cuamo, Puerto Rico one of nine children born to Mariano Rivera and Adriana Sanchez. She moved to New York in the 50s where she married her soul mate Israel Larracuente Sr.

While raising 3 children, Aida worked in a Chocolate factory, a College dorm and once owned her own Candy Store.

Sadly Aida lost her dear husband Israel in 1976. In 1999, Aida moved to Florida with the rest of her family and lived with her sister Olga.

Aida was known as a kind, calm, selfless, loving matriarch, who always cared for her family and others with her love of cooking. She was also a mother to anyone who needed her.

As the years progressed, Aida was diagnosed with Alzheimer's  and while it was challenging she never lost her fight and spunk. She will always live in our hearts and our memories.

Aida is survived by her children Carmen Seneriz, Orione Larracuente Medina, and Israel Larracuente; as well as granddaughter (raised as her own) Julissa Gonzalez . She is also survived by her many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren Israel III, Amanda, Danielle, Amber, Brandon, Jeremy, Anthony Jr., Adrian and Benson

Rest in peace our sweet Queen, love you forever and always.

Services will take place on  Tuesday January 5, 2021 at Becker Funeral Home with interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Clermont.
